Delivery time
Our delivery time varies by order and delivery method. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by delivery company or damage during delayed deliveries.
Problem situations
Should your order be missing or damaged during shipping, you are solely responsible for notifying the relevant parties specified in the Terms within 14 days. If your order should have been damaged during delivery, you must file a complaint with the carrier immediately.
Custom/Personal Products
Custom and personal products are non-refundable as you have given us confirmation to print your kit. If you would like a refund on the semi-custom kit please enter a photo of your customer number/name and contact information, as well as the bank account number for chargebacks.
